Russ Rubin, SVP, Global Accounts, MarketTools and former Senior Director of Consumer Insights, International, General Mills. He built the International Research function at General Mills over the past 20 years. He was one of the six original team members of a joint venture between General Mills and Nestle based in Switzerland. This business went from 0 to $1 billion in just over 10 years.

As Senior Director of Customer Research and Development at Best Buy, Inc., Barbara Hagen drives the discovery, design, and development of new business and customer growth initiatives for the retailer.  Classically trained in Brand and General Management, she has over 10 years experience leading new product and innovation teams throughout her career, from General Mills to Microsoft to Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products.

As Chief of Research, Bob Bruce is responsible for defining the marketing research products and services MarketTools brings to market. Bob is well suited for this role, having over 30 years of marketing research and marketing management experience. Prior to joining MarketTools, Bob held a number of marketing research leadership positions in numerous General Mills US operating divisions.

Barry Curewitz, managing partner of WHOLE-BRAIN Brand Expansion, and a recent contributor to Ad Age, has more than 20 years of experience managing and growing brands for Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods companies. He has held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Warner-Lambert, Pfizer, Campbell Soup and Bic where he led domestic and global brands. He is an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management, and the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University.
