
Over the past several years the Marketing and Sales Alignment (MSA) Forum has promoted best practices to assist marketing and sales executives to improve marketing and sales effectiveness. Our mission statement is: To increase marketing’s impact on sales effectiveness.
The Forum has three different practice areas, demand generation, sales effectiveness and customer messaging. Each practice area ties directly to core issues surrounding marketing and sales alignment. Within this forum AMA will produce a series of thought leadership events (online and offline), best practices to help you learn leading marketing concepts.
In support of the MSA Forum, the AMA is providing a portal to share best practices and partner collaboration on topics related to MSA. The MSA portal provides the latest MSA Forum content, news, recordings and material presented during MSA Forum events.
