  1. Life After Building Your Successful Marketing Career
We are all too familiar with the unexpected challenges we face today as we experience downsizing of the companies we have been loyal to for years. For many of us, we earned our MBA’s on the job while growing businesses to extraordinary success. We did such a great job of marketing the companies we remained loyal to that we may have marketed ourselves right out of a job.

Perhaps your clever marketing strategy positioned the company for acquisition, or a merger. Just when you thought you were having fun integrating processes and people, you found yourself in the midst of outplacement for the first time in your life. Maybe you did such a great job delegating, training your staff and building your strong marketing team, you now believe that management figured out that marketing could run fine without you and decided to fast-track your star performers, leaving you out. Whatever the circumstances, you may be feeling a sense of insecurity about your present position, or lost in the sea of transition.
