Michael A. Lotti is a founding member of In4mation Insights, a research and strategy consultancy. In4mation Insights brings leading edge marketing science and proven industry experience to creatively solve tough business problems.
Prior to joining In4mation Insights, Mike was Director, Business Research, and Vice President, Corporate Marketing, for the Eastman Kodak Company. During his tenure at Kodak, Mike held positions in marketing management, advertising management, market research, advertising research, and manufacturing in both the worldwide and US markets. Mike retired from Kodak in 2006.
The Business Research organization, which he led, provides critical insight regarding customer needs, market trends, brand development, competitive intelligence, and technology adoption across both B2B and B2C markets.
Mike joined Eastman Kodak Company in the Applied Mathematics group in Kodak’s manufacturing division. Mike’s involvement with global marketing and market research began in 1980 when he became a market research coordinator in Kodak’s Asia, Africa & Australia Region. As a director of Marketing Communications, Mike led the integrated B2B and B2C MarComm program for the Colorwatch film developing service brand for which Bill Cosby was the celebrity spokesperson. Mike's experience includes a three-year assignment in Tokyo as the Director of Business Research for the Asia Pacific Region.
Mike has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Simon School of Management, University of Rochester and an MA in Statistics from Western Michigan University. He is active in the American Marketing Association as a member of the Board of Directors and currently serves as Chairman-Elect of the Board. He was the Vice President of AMA’s Marketing Research Division in 1998-99. Mike served as a member of the Executive Committee of Trustees for the Marketing Science Institute and chaired its Finance & Audit Committee. He currently chairs the Census Bureau’s Advisory Committee of Professional Associations. |
