You can submit a message for potential posting to ELMAR using one of the following methods:

1. Post Directly on the ELMAR Web Site (potentially faster with more control)
2. Post by Sending Email to elmar@ama.org (easier and more user friendly)

Note that there may be a lag between the time you submit a message, the time you hear back from the moderator, and the time your message is posted.

The ELMAR moderatorial board has the final word as to whether a message will be posted on ELMAR.  Here are some guidelines, examples and suggestions:
