You can subscribe to ELMAR by clicking on the Subscribe link on

http://ama-academics.communityzero.com/elmar.

This link appears on the URL above near the top of the left hand navigation bar. 

The AMA-Academics platform includes other communities besides ELMAR, but ELMAR is open to members and non-members alike.   

After your subscription is approved, you can modify your ELMAR preferences using the "Preferences" link on the left hand navigation bar on the above Web site.    

To unsubscribe from ELMAR, use the same URL as above, and click on the Main link from the left hand side nav bar.  Alternatively, go directly to Main using the URL

You will see a link near the top of the page to "Deactivate Account".  This will allow you to unsubscribe.
