Before you begin your project, identify your risks with mobile marketing, assess their impact & probability, and develop a risk mitigation plan.This simple spreadsheet allows you to write the description of an event, the expected outcome, the impact it will have, and probability of it happening, based on a scale of high, medium and low; it then provides an area to define a mitigation plan for each event. This template provides eleven examples, but plenary of room for additional risks as different mobile marketing risks arise.
