Honda generated some love of its own during the recent Chicago Auto Show for its “Honda Loves You Back” campaign as it drove off with the first-ever “Driving Engagement” award for best social media campaign of 2012 during the Social Media Preview of the auto show
The campaign is just another example of how brands are developing deeper customer relationships through word of mouth marketing and social media. The Word of Mouth Association, which presented the award, is gathering the best ideas from brands and agencies in how to effectively utilize word of mouth marketing at its WOMMfest 2013 event.
