Summary

When it comes to today’s employment market for marketers the good news is that salaries are rising.  However, marketers are working harder for their money as expectations for their position continue to escalate.

In a recent study, “2010 Trends in Marketing: Salaries, Strategies and Beyond”  conducted by Aquent and the American Marketing Association, of the 5,300 marketing professionals surveyed, more than half indicated their salaries increased in 2010, but only 16% strongly agreed they have all the resources they need to meet their organization’s 2010 marketing objectives.
