How do you create deep emotional connections between consumers and the products and services that they purchase?

Kevin Young has 20 years of experience designing product experiences and leads the Product Design Group at Continuum in Boston. Continuum has helped create thousands of successful products including the Swiffer for Proctor and Gamble. Kevin will share his insights on how designers have the unique ability to find the elusive intersection between unmet consumer needs and their subconscious desires.
