2009 Nonprofit Travel Grant Scholarships

The Nonprofit Travel Grants program rewards emerging Ph.D. scholars with an interest in nonprofit marketing by making it possible for them to attend the July 15 - 17, 2009 AMA Nonprofit Marketing Conference in Chicago, IL. The theme for the 2009 conference is "Thriving in Times of Change." As the field of nonprofit marketing becomes more specialized, these scholars will help to shape the research that influences the nonprofit marketing strategy of the future.

These scholars will have an opportunity to learn from nonprofit leaders as well as prominent marketing academics about the issues facing nonprofit marketers. Ph.D. students currently enrolled in the marketing or advertising department of a US or Canadian accredited business school and interested in the study of applying the marketing discipline to the nonprofit sector are eligible to apply.
