Nearly 500 Academics Gather at 2009 Winter Marketing Educators Conference

Kristy Reynolds, University of Alabama and Chris White, Texas Christian University are co-chairs of the 2009 AMA Winter Marketing Educators Conference.

Summary

Despite the challenges many universities are facing due to today’s poor economic conditions, the AMA Winter Marketing Educators’ Conference attracted nearly 500 academics who gathered at the annual event to share their insights, knowledge and experiences.  During the Awards Luncheon, a highlight of the conference, Valerie Zeithaml was named the AMA/McGraw Hill/Irwin Distinguished Marketing Educator.
