Email Marketers Say Recession Continues, and It Hurts

Silverpop, the world's only provider of both email marketing and marketing automation solutions specifically tailored to the unique needs of B2C and B2B marketers, conducted an online survey in late November. Asked when they thought the recession might end, 36 percent of email marketers said "not anytime soon." One out of five thought the economy wouldn't improve before the fourth quarter of 2010.
