What hasn’t technology done to improve the business world? From making companies more efficient and faster to opening new business opportunities, technology has helped to make vast improvements in all aspects of the company.

But with changing technology comes changing qualitative research methods and needs. Companies expect their qualitative research partners to use these new methods to fulfill their needs. Some of the tools that have become commonplace are online bulletin boards, internet streaming, online survey software, and Webconferencing.
