Northwestern Mutual Sales Competition

Want to test your ability to turn your Marketing Power
into sales effectiveness?

The Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Sales Competition is an ideal opportunity to compete one-on-one against other AMA marketing students and test your ability to close the sale - and win cash prizes!

The sale competition takes place at the Annual International Collegiate Conference. Each competitor will present a prepared sales presentation (approximately 8 minutes) on a product of their choosing.  Finalist will be chosen to compete in the final round of competition.  Winners will be announced during the awards dinner Saturday night.

·  Space is limited to 50 participants - first come first serve

·  Participants must be registered attendees of the Collegiate Conference

·  Participants should come prepared with a short sales presentation - develop materials, handouts and props that will help you close the deal!

·  Review the Judging Criteria to make sure your presentation is on point!

·  Each participant should bring with them a person to act as their "prospect" - who they will be presenting to.

To register for the sales competition, please send an email to collegiate@ama.org with your full name, AMA member ID, and name of your chapter.  Registration must be received no later than March 15, 2010

Please include "NMFN Sales Competition" in your subject line.  You will receive a confirmation email with your presentation time.  You must be registered for the conference before you slot will be confirmed!
