Collegiate Exhibit Competition

BCIT

The Collegiate Chapter Exhibits, will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012, and are a "don't miss" highlight of the International Collegiate Conference!

These exhibits, presented in trade show fashion by AMA collegiate chapters, give chapters an opportunity to be creative and show off their accomplishments. Fellow students, as well as guest judges will select the winners!

  • Exhibits can focus on chapter activites or revolve around the theme of the Conference which is "Marketing: Always Evolving". Remember, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is strongly encouraged.
  • Don’t forget to showcase your chapter’s events within the display.  After all, this is about the excellent work chapters do throughout the year!
  • There are only 40 exhibit spaces available, and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Awards given for:  Best Educational Value, Best Use of Conference Theme, Best Communication of Chapter Activities and Best Overall Exhibit

Once your exhibit is set-up (Thursday, March 22, 8a-3p), you will be invited to have 1 – 2 chapter representatives attend a private screening for our corporate judges in the afternoon.  There you will be able to briefly explain your concept to the judges in a quiet environment, and to answer any questions they may have.

After the official Conference opening Thursday evening all students will participate in the exciting Collegiate Chapters Exhibits Session (March 22, 8:30-10pm).  Students and judges will walk through the hall and view each of the exhibits.
