Collegiate Exhibit Competition

Are you ready to display The New Normal while drawing the judges’ attention?

If so, then this is the competition for your chapter!

The Collegiate Chapter Exhibits, held on Thursday, April 8, are a "don't miss" highlight of the International Collegiate Conference!

These exhibits, presented in trade show fashion by AMA collegiate chapters, give your chapter an opportunity to be creative and show off your accomplishments. Your fellow students, as well as guest judges will select the winners!

·   The exhibit should revolve around the theme of our conference. Remember, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is strongly encouraged.

·   Don’t forget to showcase your chapter’s events within the display.  After all, this is about the excellent work chapters do throughout the year!

·   There are only 40 exhibit spaces available.  Registration is on a first come basis, but no later than March 15, 2010

·   Awards given for:  Best Educational Value, Best Use of Conference Theme, Best Communication of Chapter Activities and BEST OVERALL Exhibit!

·   Students will also vote for Student Choice Award

Once your exhibit is set-up, you will be invited to have 1 – 2 chapter representatives attend a private screening for our corporate judges at 5:30pm.  There you will be able to briefly explain your concept to the judges in a quiet environment.

After the official conference opening, all students will participate in the exciting Collegiate Chapters Exhibits Session.  Students and judges will walk through the hall and view each of the exhibits.
