Unless otherwise specified, a summer supply shipment was automatically mailed to the chapter advisor
which will arrive the week of September 2, 2008.
Please make sure that you fill out the Officer Report Form by
September 29, 2008 so that we know how to reach you! The shipment contained the supplies you need to start your academic year:
· Roster of current membership in your chapter
· Collegiate membership applications
· Membership benefit brochures
· Recruitment posters
· Blank certificates to use for your member or speaker recognition

Officer Report Form Please make sure that your chapter fills out the Officer Report Form online at www.marketingpower.com/collegiate by the deadline. Only chapters that fill out the officer report form by the deadline will appear in the collegiate directory. Also only chapters that have an officer report form on file will receive information from International Headquarters. This information includes emails, conference information, and other information pertinent to the collegiate chapters.
Charter Renewal Every chapter must submit their officer report form and documentation of chapter activities to remain an active chapter. Failure to submit these documents will result in the revoking of your charter as a collegiate chapter of the American Marketing Association. Case Competition The Annual AMA Case Competitions returns this year with Kodak as the Case Sponsor. Information about the 2008-2009 Case Competition, including participation instructions, will be forwarded to chapter advisors and chapter presidents and be available on the collegiate website at www.marketingpower.com/collegiate in the coming weeks.
31st Annual International Collegiate Conference. Advisors and chapter presidents will receive preliminary programs in December—be sure to check your mail and the AMA website for conference updates.
