International Collegiate Conference

2008 International Collegiate Conference (Pictures coming soon)

Thanks to all who attended the 30th Annual AMA International Collegiate Conference!  Over 1300 faculty advisors and college students convened in New Orleans for three days of career information, networking, and fun!  Highlights included:

Thursday night Opening Session Keynote Speaker Kevin Snyder from Campuspeaks! Kevin Snyder developed an early fascination with The Price Is Right game show in high school.  In college his obsession continued and he actually arranged his class schedule and never missed an episode.  He even skipped his college graduation, traveling cross-country to meet Bob Barker and be on The Price is Right. “Passion, Persistence & The Price is Right!" was an entertaining, motivational and engaging presentation leaving audiences energized, empowered and inspired to pursue their dreams!  Kevin brilliantly connected his amazing story to help others focus on achieving goals through determination, finding passion in their lives and explore how obstacles can actually be used to empower ourselves.  It is a true story of how passion, persistence and a game show personally changed his life.

Friday Morning Case Competition Keynote Speaker Doug Hughes from McGraw-Hill/Irwin!  Doug spoke about the Digital Transformation: Teaching Today's Digital Learners.

Saturday Morning Team Building Sessions with Jim Reed! These sessions are designed to build a spirit of cooperation and team work within your chapter.
