Leadership Summit takes place April 24-26, 2009 at The Westin O’Hare hotel in Rosemont, IL. When registering, be sure to enter your arrival and departure dates. If you are coming in early or staying later, add in your credit card information so the hotel can hold the room for you at the AMA’s rate of $148 per night. (If you plan to attend the Friday optional sessions, you would probably want to arrive Thursday night in order to begin the 9:00 am Friday session.)
For the 2009-2010 President or President-Elect, the AMA’s Travel Agency will book your airfare travel to the Leadership Summit arriving on April 24, 2009 and departing April 26, 2009 no earlier than 2pm CST. Once your registration is processed, you will receive information on how to make your airline reservations through this Travel Agency. No reimbursements will be made for flights booked outside of the Travel Agency.
For all other 2009-2010 chapter board members that wish to attend, please prepare your registration form(s) and include your credit card information or send a check for your registration fees totaling $310 per attendee to Frances Austin. If your chapter is paying for multiple attendees, one check submitted with multiple registration forms is acceptable.
Please note that once your registration is received, it takes 2 business days to be processed.
