The American Marketing Association SERVSIG Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions Award is presented annually by SERVSIG to an individual meeting the following criteria: 1) Career contributions should be of long duration, preferably 15 to 20 years, 2) Contributions to the services discipline should be significant, 3) Contributions to the services discipline should be frequent, and 4) Contributions to the services discipline should include recent contributions.
