Question: How can I pursue a career [or degree] in marketing and continue to work full time?

Answer:  You indicated that you are currently pursuing an associate's degree in liberal arts so I take it that you're taking one or two courses each semester while you're working full time. I'd recommend that you complete your associate's degree and then continue to take one or two courses each semester to earn a bachelor's degree in marketing. Bottom line, though, finish one degree and then start the next. Having an associate's degree will open additional career paths for you, maybe even in marketing.

To make the most of the courses you're now taking for your associate's degree, I encourage you to contact immediately a curriculum adviser at your local university's Department of Marketing. The marketing curriculum adviser can make suggestions for the remaining courses you might take for your associate's degree in liberal arts so that they will apply toward earning a bachelor's degree in marketing. The idea is to make everything you do for your associate's degree apply toward the general education credits you'll need for a bachelor's degree.

Taking courses while working full time is a tremendous challenge, but keep chipping away at your dream. Don't give up.
