Question
What is the common organizational structure of a marketing agency (brand service oriented)?

Answer
To speak at the most general level, a marketing agency will be able to help companies with brand strategy and development, research and analytics, PR and advertising, etc., so they will have specialists in these various categories. They will also have people focused on account management responsible for maintaining client relations and representing their interests in the agency. I cannot generalize on overall reporting structure, though account people and the strategy people will be defining the course of engagement, bringing in the other areas as needed
