Question
We spend about $1.3 million on television and radio together, and because managing this isn’t my only responsibility, what do you recommend to use to manage my buys?
 
Answer 
This is sort of an odd question to field in a career advice column, but I’ll give it my best shot. Frankly, if you don’t have the resources to manage what seems to me like a significant amount of money, then you have two options. You can outsource the management of these buys to an ad agency that handles this sort of thing, or you can hire a freelancer to come in and manage it on an as needed or project by project basis. Any readers of this column have any ideas?
