What kind of job can I get in marketing with a 2-year degree in General Business?

Question
What kind of job can I get in marketing with a 2-year degree in General Business?
 
Answer 
The only marketing job I would imagine you could get with that degree is something very entry-level (marketing coordinator or specialist). Any management role will require a 4-year degree or even a master’s, depending.
 
That being said, the type of marketing job you get can depend less on the degree you have than on the people you know and the type of company you would like to work for. That is, if you can convince them to hire you, you could get a job doing almost anything. You don’t NEED a degree to practice marketing any more than you do to become a sales person. You DO need people skills and, ideally, experience.
