Robert Adams is a global insight expert. He has successfully led teams and conducted research in over 20 countries; created and fostered insight-driven cultures; and innovated new ways to generate insight that have led to commercial opportunities for some of the world’s leading brands including American Express, AT&T/Bell Labs, Capital Group, Chase, Disney, DuPont, IBM and Time Warner. Robert is a graduate of The Wharton School and University of Pennsylvania. He gained applied experience in several client and agency assignments, which affords him first-hand perspective on how research is fashioned and gets inculcated and the role effective presentations can play.
Robert is foremost a businessperson. He has the unique ability to make the connections between market research and the realities and needs of the business to produce results. Today, he is Founder and CEO of Infact Insight, Inc. which focuses on helping companies improve the customer experience.
