JOHN PEARSON is the author of Mastering the Management Buckets: 20 Critical Competencies for Leading Your Business or Nonprofit. He served 30 years as the CEO of nonprofit organizations, including 25 years leading faith-based national and international associations. John is also the co-author, with Dr. Robert Hisrich of the Thunderbird School of Global Management, of Marketing Your Ministry: 10 Critical Principles.
For the last five years, he’s provided management consulting and nonprofit board governance training to a wide variety of nonprofit enterprises and associations in the U.S. and worldwide, including homeless shelters, business forums, The Salvation Army, World Evangelical Alliance, European Evangelical Alliance, the Drug Enforcement Administration and Christian Camp and Conference Association.
