Dave Blair is Director of Customer Experience for Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation. He is responsible for measuring and driving improvements in customer loyalty worldwide. Dave joined Rockwell Automation in 1982, and held positions in Sales, Marketing, Development and Quality before establishing the Customer Experience Office in 2006. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and received his MBA from Marquette University.
