Amanda DeVito is responsible for the day to day management and business development opportunities with Alterian’s Social Media Monitoring Solution SM2. Amanda advises on Social Media best practices and helps companies understand the complexities of the Social Media world and the challenges and possibilities it can bring to any organization. She helps companies understand the nuances of pull marketing vs. push marketing, along with the various levels of how you use Social Media to listen, market, learn, build, and engage with the on-line community.
Prior to joining Alterian she held many senior level positions in the traditional marketing arena, helping clients build out their media strategies. She has worked with several agencies to assist with their high-profile clients such as General Motors, Wal-Mart, and Nissan. Amanda speaks at industry events and on a personal note is on the Board of Directors for the Rochester City Ballet.
Based in Rochester NY, Amanda holds a BA in Communications/Journalism and graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John Fisher University.
