Conference registration may not be shared by two or more individuals. Space is limited and on-site registration cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations received prior to July 17, 2012 will receive a refund minus $50 cancellation fee. After July 17, 2012 a refund will be granted less a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued on or after August 17, 2012. All requests for refunds must be submitted to the AMA in writing.

The reservation cut-off date is Friday, July 20, 2012.
The AMA has negotiated special group rates for the American Marketing Association.  You must make your hotel reservations by July 20, 2012 and request the American Marketing Association room block to qualify for the special group rate.  After July 20, 2012, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate. A deposit equal to (1) one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are received by 6:00 p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m., and check out is at 12:00 p.m. Anyone arriving earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be checked in as soon as a room(s) becomes available. Guests checking out early may be assessed an early departure fee. Upon check in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, scheduled departure dates may be altered.

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be cool so you may wish to bring a sweater/jacket.

From Chicago/O’Hare International Airport - ORD
• Hotel direction: 15 miles SE
• Driving directions: Take I-190 East into I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) East to the Ohio Street Exit (50B). Ohio Street is a one-way street eastbound. Take Ohio Street to Rush Street. Turn right on Rush for hotel entrance.

Shuttle Service (Operated by GO Airport Express)
