The reservation cut-off date is April 21, 2010.
The AMA has negotiated special group rates for the AMA Marketing & Public Policy Conference. You must make your hotel reservations by April 21, 2010 and properly identify yourself to qualify for the special group rate. After April 21, 2010, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate. A deposit equal to (1) one night room & tax is required to hold each reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon, check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. The deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received by 6:00pm hotel time on the day prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out is 12:00 pm. Anyone arriving earlier than 3:00 pm will be checked in as soon as room(s) become available. Guests checking out early will be assessed an early departure fee of $50.00. Upon check in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, scheduled departure dates may be altered.

From Denver International Airport (DEN) – Approx. 25 miles Exit the airport on Peña Boulevard and head south to Interstate 70 West. From I-70 West, take Interstate 25 South to the Speer Boulevard Exit (#212A). Continue on Speer to Lawrence and turn left. The hotel is on the right side of Lawrence.

From East
Take Interstate 70 West to I-25 South to the Speer Boulevard South Exit. Turn left onto Lawrence and proceed to the hotel.

From North
Take Interstate 25 South to the Speer Boulevard South Exit. Proceed to Lawrence Street. Turn left onto Lawrence and continue to the hotel.

From West

Upon your arrival at the airport, take the train from the gate areas to the terminal and proceed up the escalators to Level 5/Baggage claim. Claim your luggage, and then proceed directly to the SuperShuttle Denver counter (open daily 7:00 am-11:00 pm) across from the water feature under the Ground Transportation signs. SuperShuttle staff will direct you to the appropriate shuttle loading area on Island 3.
