Listen to a sneak peek podcast of this Forum.

Consider this: 90% of consumers trust recommendations from people they know, 70% trust peer reviews posted online, and only 14% trust traditional advertising.

It apparent: Interactive Marketing is the future, so brands need to encourage a dialog around their products if they wish to compete. Interactive Marketing channels -- from social media platforms (like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Yelp and YouTube among others) to the exploding array of mobile applications (like FourSquare) -- facilitate communication between users and therefore host these brand-related conversations.

This one-of-a-kind session introduces a series of case histories where companies have leveraged interactive marketing vehicles (including social media platforms) successfully and what specific tactics made their campaigns so effective. Small business owners will walk away from this workshop with a command of the trends affecting modern marketing and an understanding of how to promote their brands at different budget levels (including free).
