Conference Cancellation Policies
Cancellations received prior to March 21, 2012 will receive a refund of tutorial fees, minus $15 per tutorial. After March 21, 2012 a refund of tutorials will be granted, minus $30 per tutorial cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued on or after April 18, 2012. Please note that the $150 registration fee is non-refundable. After March 21st, the $250 registration fee is non-refundable.
