Conference registration may not be shared by two or more individuals. Space is limited and on-site registration cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations received prior to September 1, 2012 will receive a refund minus $150 cancellation fee. After September 1, 2012 a refund will be granted less a $300 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued on or after October 1, 2012. All requests for refunds must be submitted to the AMA in writing.

The AMA has negotiated special group rates for the American Marketing Association. You must make your hotel reservations by August 31, 2012 and request the American Marketing Association Research & Strategy Summit room block to qualify for the special group rate. After August 31, 2012, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate. A credit card number or deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required to hold your reservation.  Deposits are refundable if cancellations are received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  Guests checking out early may be assessed an early departure fee.  Please make any necessary changes to your departure date forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival.  

Check in time is 3:00 p.m., and check out is at 11:00 a.m.  Anyone arriving earlier than 3:00 p.m. will be checked in as soon as a room(s) becomes available.

Transportation
A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran Airport, and are located on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7-13.  Please note that there are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine services.  The shuttles that drop off multiple Strip properties are approximately $7.00 one way.  Shuttle fares are subject to change without notice.

Taxis are approximately $20.00 one-way depending on time of day & traffic. Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim outside door exits 1-4.  Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers
