The reservation cut-off date is Friday, October 7, 2011.
The AMA has negotiated special group rates for the American Marketing Association.  You must make your hotel reservations by October 7, 2011 and request the American Marketing Association room block to qualify for the special group rate.  After October 7, 2011, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate. A deposit equal to (1) one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are received by 6:00 p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m., and check out is at 12:00 p.m. Anyone arriving earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be checked in as soon as a room(s) becomes available. Guests checking out early may be assessed an early departure fee. Upon check in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, scheduled departure dates may be altered.

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting rooms may be cool so you may wish to bring a sweater/jacket.

From Chicago/O’Hare International Airport - ORD
• Hotel direction: 15 miles SE
• Driving directions: Take I-190 East into I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) East to the Ohio Street Exit (50B). Ohio Street is a one-way street eastbound. Take Ohio Street to Rush Street. Turn right on Rush for hotel entrance.

Taxis
Taxis are available at O’Hare International Airport 24 hours a day.  A taxi ride takes approx. 1 hour (depending on time of day & traffic) & estimated cost is $40.00-$55.00 one-way.

Airport Shuttle Service (Operated by GO Airport Express)
Reservations are not required. Shuttle vans depart O’Hare Airport every 10-15 minutes.  GO Airport Express ticket counters and loading zones for boarding the GO Airport Express van are at Door 1E across from baggage claim 6, at Terminal 2 door 2E across from Jet Blue Baggage Claim, Terminal 3 Door 3E across from baggage claim 9 and at Terminal 5, just outside door 5E. If you do not see a van, please call the toll-free number at 1 888.284.3826, and ask a reservationist to send a van to one of these locations when available.  The last GO Airport Express van leaves O’Hare at 11:30 p.m. seven nights a week.

Chicago/Midway Airport - MDW

• Driving directions: Take Cicero Ave. North, to I-55 North, to Lakeshore Dr. Go Left (North) on Lakeshore Dr. to the Illinois/Grand Exit. Turn left on Grand Ave to Rush St. Turn right on Rush St. & the Hotel is on your right.
