The reservation cut-off date is October 8th, 2010.
After October 8th, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate, not at the group rate.  A deposit equal to (1) one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation.  Cancellations made (7) days prior to arrival or less and no-shows will forfeit the initial deposit.  Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 p.m.  Anyone arriving earlier than 3:00 p.m. will be checked in as soon as rooms become available.  Guests checking out early will be charged an early departure fee of $100.00.

Rental Car

San Diego International (Lindbergh Field) located .25 miles from Hotel

Taxicabs
Taxi service from the airport is not recommended as the hotel is located across the street from the airport and shuttle service is complimentary.  If you should need to take a taxi from the airport, approximate cost is $6.00.  A taxi to downtown San Diego is approx. $8.00-$10.00 each way.

Shuttle Service
The Hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service between 5:00 a.m. & midnight.  The shuttle runs continuously every 20 minutes depending on demand.  The shuttle will pick up at the airport “Hotel Courtesy Vehicle” area and drops off at the airport curbside.  They do not require a call for pick up unless you arrive at the commuter terminal.  When leaving the hotel, please go to the front of the lobby and board the shuttle.  Because the shuttle runs on a continuous loop, they do not schedule pick ups. 

Parking at the Hotel
Self-parking is available at the Hotel for $22.00 per day.  Valet parking is available for $28.00 overnight and includes in & out privileges.  (Prices are subject to change without notice).
