Manuscripts previously rejected by JMR will not be reconsidered and thus should not be resubmitted to JMR. In addition, previously rejected manuscripts that have been revised or were unsuccessfully appealed remain ineligible for further consideration and will be withdrawn without review. If a revision is permitted, this will be explicitly indicated in the Editor’s decision letter.
